Ready to Use Caco-2 Cells

Cytogration grows Caco-2 cells for in vitro permeability screening.

Cells are grown in collagen-coated wells for 21 days until the membranes are mature. The membranes are tested for appropriate TEER values and a representative sample is tested using mannitol and phenytoin to assure that the membranes are healthy and viable.

Membrane plates are carefully packaged in sealed bags filled with media at 37°C and shipped overnight for next day use.
